HIGS Solutions is a team dedicated to solving your computer problems. With a wealth of experience working with different operating systems and hardware, you won't find anyone better to help if your computer goes down. We believe in a 'think outside the box' approach to computer maintenance - because the most obvious answer isn't always the right one. We don't just fix the symptoms of a PC issue, we remove the bug that causes them so they don't bother you again.

The areas we serve are those within roughly 7 miles of Rayleigh train station. If you are further afield though, please feel free to give us a call as we may still be able to cater for your needs either in person, or via a remote assistance program.

Home visits start from just £25 per hour and generally last no longer than 2 hours. We offer a £5 discount per hour for any time beyond this. Please note that this cost does not include any additional software or hardware that might be needed for the computer.

We also provide IT support for businesses running from home, and will invoice you exclusive of VAT to help ensure that your professional accounting procedures are followed.

If your computer has been getting slower and slower in recent months, it might be an idea to upgrade some of the components inside it. We can advise you as to what would make the biggest improvement based on your needs, or even build a bespoke computer to your specifications.
